City of Prospect values our local environment and recognises the important role that Council plays in preserving and enhancing it.
Council is committed to fulfilling our environmental responsibilities. We do this by ensuring that all operations and activities carried out by and on behalf of Council, comply with or exceed statutory environmental requirements.
In consultation with the residential and business community, Council undertakes strategic planning to improve and protect the area's natural and built environment, and the natural resources on which we all depend.
