Prospect Community Support
City of Prospect receives funding from the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) to offer subsidised social programs and transport service.
For these subsidised services* -
- you need to be 65+ years
- be registered with My Aged Care
- have a Social Support Group referral for Prospect Community Support (for social services)
- have a Transport referral for Prospect Community Support (for transport services)
- live in the Prospect or Walkerville council areas
The Prospect Community Support team arranges these social and transport services to enable continuing your independence and connection to your community.
